From his early experiences at Bausch & Lomb and Kodak, Jim developed a passion for the possibilities that are created by integrating software systems and unlocking new value from technology innovation. That passion leads us today into an ever broadening range of specialization and innovation.

Wayne VanNewkirk
Executive Director
As Co-founder and Executive Director, Wayne leads our diverse practice of technical consultants. Also stemming from his roots at Kodak, Wayne brings the combination of technical depth and project experience to lead our teams to successful implementations of the diverse set of technologies that we specialize in.

Mike Cardillo
Executive Director
Mike directs our experienced practice of Business Consultants and Enterprise Architects. Drawing from many years of experience as an IT executive, Mike brings a wealth of insights and experience to help lead our clients through business transformation initiatives. Mike also brings a deep background in healthcare insurance stemming from his experiences as an executive at Excellus Blue Cross Blue Shield.

Ed Castine
VP, Sales and Business Development
Ed leads our efforts to align with our clients initiatives and provide software and services solutions in support of their needs. With our client's business value at the center of our focus, we combine our capabilities along with those of our partners to deliver the best solutions possible. Ed draws from many years of experience in consulting, sales and business development for leading companies including Accenture and IBM.

Bonnie Cywinski
Client Services Manager
Bonnie manages our Client Services in support of client projects and the overall staff development of our consulting practices. With many years of experience in leading IT firms such as EDS, Dataspace, and Ajilon, Bonnie brings expertise in meeting and exceeding client expectations while developing a robust and sustainable consulting organization.
