Several different approaches allow us to provide excellent mentoring and training for our
clients. These approaches are supported by 'pre-built' core courses designed to meet the
specific needs of products or services.

Strategic Target Programming
Our Strategic Target Programming is designed for clients who require more of a tactical approach
to their training needs.
System Steps:
1. Technology Needs Assessment
2. Employee Skills Assessment
3. Course or Package Program Assignment
Through this approach, our expert staff will determine the proper training level and technology
proficiencies for our clients.
Technology Transfer
Technology Transfer is our most requested form of training for our clients' staff. The approach
focuses on a placed consultant within the client organization, working on a specific project (either
application development or integration) to meet business objectives. Throughout the process, we
offer formal training and hands-on knowledge transfer, while rapidly moving the organization towards
its goals through the completion of working technology in the project. A typical example of this
process can be seen in 5 steps:
System Steps:
1. Discovery Phase - Consultant driven, with trainee involvement for understanding of technology
issues.
2. Planning Phase - Consultant driven, with trainee participation in potential solutions for understanding
the approach and rational for the project plan.
3. Education Phase - Course placement for trainee on the technologies utilized in the development
phase.
4. Adoption Phase - Consultant driven, using a mentor approach with trainee.
5. Operational Phase - Trainee driven, with consultant as a resource.
